1. Welcome to Ricey's Nails

By booking an appointment with Ricey's Nails, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before your appointment.

2. Bookings

Bookings are automatically confirmed, however I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my policy.

A consultation form must be completed before your appointment. This helps me understand your needs and ensure your safety.

Please come to your appointment with an idea of what you would like. This helps me keep to the scheduled time and ensures you get the best results.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may affect your ability to book future appointments.

No-shows (not turning up without any notice) are taken seriously and may result in being unable to book with me again.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

I accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

All prices are in GBP (£).

5. Refunds

Refunds for completed services are at my discretion.

If a refund is agreed, the maximum amount will be 50% of the service cost.

Please raise any concerns during or immediately after your appointment so I can address them.

6. Health & Safety

Please let me know of any allergies or skin conditions before your appointment. This is essential for your safety and helps me choose the right products for you.

If you have any health concerns that may affect your treatment, please inform me in advance.

I reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if I believe it may not be safe for you.

7. Client Responsibilities

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid disrupting other clients.

If you are unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment.

8. Your Privacy & Data

I take your privacy seriously and handle all personal information in accordance with GDPR.

Your data is used only for providing my services, managing bookings, and communicating with you about appointments.

I will never share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Liability

While I take every care to provide a safe and professional service, I cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions if you have not disclosed relevant health information or allergies.

By booking with me, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

10. Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available when you book.

By continuing to book appointments, you accept any updated terms.
